Reelive is operated by [LLC NAME], a [STATE] limited liability company ("Reelive," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reelive website, application, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What Reelive does

Reelive lets you upload photos and generates an animated video ("Movie") from them using third-party AI image-to-video technology. Photos you upload are sent to our AI processing provider(s) (currently xAI's Grok Imagine API) to generate the animated output.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. The Service is not directed at children, and children may not create accounts.

3. Your content and your responsibility for it

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Reelive a limited license to store it, process it through our AI provider(s), and generate a Movie from it, solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photo or have the legal right and permission to upload it and have it processed by Reelive and its third-party AI provider(s).
• If the photo depicts other identifiable people, you have their consent (or, for minors depicted in the photo, the consent of their parent/legal guardian) to have their likeness processed by AI and turned into an animated video.
• The photo does not depict any sexual or exploitative content involving a minor. We have zero tolerance for this and will report violations to the relevant authorities and terminate your account immediately.
• The photo does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates this section, without refund.

4. AI-generated output — no accuracy guarantee

The Movie generated from your photos is produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee that the output will accurately preserve the likeness, appearance, or identity of any person in your photos. AI-generated video can and sometimes does alter faces, expressions, or details. Reelive is a creative/entertainment tool, not a precision reproduction service.

5. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

• Movies are generated using "credits," purchased individually or granted monthly via a subscription plan, as described on the Service at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep any credits already granted.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion (e.g., a technical failure on our end that prevented a Movie from being delivered — contact us and we'll make it right).
• Prices are subject to change; changes will not affect credits already purchased.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Create content intended to harass, defame, impersonate, or deceive.
• Attempt to circumvent credit/payment requirements, rate limits, or security controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, including content violations under Sections 3 and 6, without refund of unused credits.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelive and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
